My name is Sully Jobe, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is devoted to helping you on your mental health journey. Sulayman has committed most of my career to working with and advocating for individuals with mental health needs. I am devoted to helping those struggling with mental health. He works with different age groups specializing in Trauma, PTSD, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Mood Disorders Substance use, OCD, Bipolar disorders. He believes in a compassionate, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to improving the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of each person whom I encounter.

Sully is an avid listener and meets his clients at their level while providing them with authentic, holistic care. A combination of psychotherapy, lifestyle change, and medication is the optimal approach that may lead to the best clinical outcome and long-term relief. He likes a person-centered approach with the client being the expert of their life and needs.

AnnaVi Welch, Array Services Provider

With a Master of Social Work and certification as an Advanced Practice Social Worker, I bring extensive experience in behavioral health, case management, and leadership. I spent three years as a Program Manager in the homeless and housing services sector, where I led programs focused on improving outcomes for vulnerable populations through strategic planning, team development, and community collaboration.

Currently, I specialize in mental health services, with comprehensive knowledge of both acute and outpatient care settings. My professional strengths include case management, program leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and developing person-centered solutions that support individuals on their path to recovery and stability.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading and spending quality time with my family.

Sheila Friedel, Array Services Provider

Hi, I’m Sheila Friedel. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and a Master’s in Psychology from Walden University. For the past eight years, I’ve worked in a school setting, where I’m dedicated to supporting students’ mental health and overall wellness with a compassionate, strengths-based approach.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about animals and spend much of my free time involved in animal rescue. I also enjoy getting out on the golf course whenever I can.

Gilberto Gutierrez, Array Services Provider

Hi, I’m Gilberto Gutierrez L-MFT. I specialize in supporting children, adults, and families as they navigate life’s most complex challenges. Whether helping a child manage big emotions through play or guiding an adult through a difficult life transition, my goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered.

With a focus on CBT, I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. I believe that healing is a collaborative process, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience and find their path forward.
